Gina, Stef, J and I ran the Massapequa Firecracker 5K this weekend. It was a lot of fun. I finished in my best time ever 29:18 and J in his best time as well 29:59. Stef and Gina did really great too finishing in around 33:00. Looks like a team in the making!
